When will the maglev project begin in Denmark?

I have read a lot about the maglev train set to be built from Denmark's 2 largest cities, �rhus, and K�benhavn (Copenhagen), that will take only a 25 minute trip instead of the usual four hour trip. I've read and read but none of the websites have said when the schiller institute will begin to build this line, and when it will be opened for business. So I was wondering if anyone knew! Thanks!
