listen to cincarp.. don't even try to get involved with reception plans, as a foriegner the prices will be 10x higher if ur involved. wedding and reception planning is usually done by the mom, sisters, bridesmaids of the wife... but hubby is the one that pays.. so set a strict budget, and review the expenses and estimates.. you could get a really nice reception for 500Php to 1000 Php, per head.. and a casual one for much less..
