When is the best time to visit Europe?

I'm 22 traveling alone from the US, staying in hostels, cheap travel ect. and i want to meet alot of different people, nightlife, ext... i am planning on going for a month , and going to Prague, Berlin, Krakow, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and possibly London, and Amsterdam.
