Problems losing weight?

I'm a 20 and currently weigh 135. I used to weigh 120 but gained weight on my birth control. I'm 5'5 and I don't hate my body or anything like that, I still do half marathons just like I used to. I just want to go back to my normal weight because I have really big thighs now and very small love handles as well as a large increase in breast size. The breasts and thighs is the biggest problem. I got off my birth control two months ago and I've been exercising and dieting but not even a pound has come off. What else can I try? Do you recommend any special diets to boost my metabolism??
